Y'all are going to go hog wild for these adorable farmgirl cards and whatnot's I found at Michael's craft store...They love farmgirls... Just look at the sweetness....I can't wait to be able to use them. I think I may need some pen pals. Anyone interested?
Meet Bossy Bell...She is from the 1950's...Who doesn't love a cute cow?
I do!!!!!
This last week I dehydrated five different fruit leather combinations for my family.... Like peach & raspberry, blackberry with raspberry drops, banana & blueberry, apple & raspberry and cherry. All are delicious and easy to make... Simply blend fruits together and pour them into a fruit leather sheet made for your dehydrator, put it on fruit setting and let it go for 8-10 hours until fruit is ready. Let it cool a bit, peal off and store in an airtight container. There are some yummy recipes online or on Pinterest to try out for yourself. Just search for fruit roll ups or fruit leather. If you don't have a dehydrator you can actually pour your blended fruits on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet and bake on the lowest setting for about 8-10 hours. It's a fun, healthy way to make
them and keep on hand when you get a sweet tooth. Nature's candy is best!
I am still working away making pot holders with vintage sheets...And gathering up my vintage fabrics for other projects too....I just need more time in the day to do it all.
I hope to share those projects soon!
Those are going to be great potholders! Bright and cheery! I will be stopping by Micheal tomorrow. Great post!
