I also enjoy a nice soak...And these are very beneficial for my health! Not to mention these soaks leave my skin feeling so soft!

I added the same essential oils that I used in the
Therapeutic Bath Salt Soaks. It smells wonderful!

I am also very much into using sugar scrubs and have made several in the past. It is also 100% natural. The benefits of coconut oil is high in vitamin E and keeps skin hydrated. It protects skin while the fatty acids in the oil strengthens the skins barrier and locks in that moisture!

Coconut oil can help to rebuild youthful, supple skin while combating the signs of aging. It can be used to help heal wounds, infections and burns. Coconut oil is not a cure-all, but it does offer wonderful moisturizing properties while healing
and soothing the skin from the inside and out.

Peppermint Sugar Scrub

1 Cup sugar
1/2 Cup Coconut Oil
6 drops peppermint essential oil

I added a couple drops of food coloring so I wouldn't confuse my other sugar scrub with it. And it kinda looks festive and minty!!! I love the cooling sensation on my face while making my skin feel soft during the harsh cold Winter weather. Plus peppermint is great for lifting up your senses! And leaves your skin feeling refreshed!

I hope you will give these a try! Why not pamper yourself a bit...These recipes are wonderful and very easy to throw together. reward yourself to a lovely, relaxing soak once in a while! it is such a treat after dealing with day to day stresses. Enjoy!
