In one of my last posts I mentioned I found a young homesteader gal to barter goods with. I love the idea of bartering and sharing your homemade, homespun goods in exchange for other peoples homemade, homespun goods. I am excited to be shipping off my barter to her. I will also e baking some goodies for her, her husband and three littles. Off it will go to Texas next week after Easter.
I made her handmade soap, salve and sending my vanilla bean pear jam. I hope she will like the goodies...I can't wait to get her handmade goodness in return. Maybe I'll try bartering with others who are interested in sharing homemade. Don't you just love the idea! Will share more about that soon.
